**Job Title**: Project Coordinator - Electrical & Mechanical

**Reports To**: Project Manager / Senior Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Project Coordinator (Electrical & Mechanical) will assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring engineering projects involving electrical and mechanical systems. The role ensures that all project activities—from design, procurement, and installation to testing and commissioning—are executed within scope, time, and budget, while adhering to quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day activities of electrical & mechanical projects.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking in line with project timelines.
- Liaise with design, procurement, site execution, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including drawings, technical reports, schedules, and material records.
- Monitor procurement of electrical & mechanical equipment (motors, panels, HVAC, piping, etc.) and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with electrical & mechanical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Track installation, testing, and commissioning activities to meet project milestones.
- Conduct site visits to oversee electrical & mechanical works and ensure quality control.
- Identify risks, delays, or technical issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.
- Organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in cost control, resource allocation, and project billing support.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **electrical systems (LV/HV panels, wiring, power distribution, PLC/automation)**.
- Good understanding of **mechanical systems (piping, HVAC, pumps, compressors, fabrication, rotating equipment)**.
- Project coordination skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (MS Project / Primavera).
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination in electrical & mechanical domains (construction, manufacturing, EPC, MEP).
- Knowledge of project management practices; certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, QA/QC processes, and EHS regulations is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
