**Job Role: Client Success Associate**

**Job timings: 6 pm to 3 am ( Monday
- Saturday )**

**Contract: 1 year (NDA & NCA)**

We are hiring a Client Success to join our team. You will work alongside and
report directly to the company's Co-founder. Your main task is to convert the
meetings and ensure that we choose the best clients. The ideal person for this
position is someone who has at least 2+ years of experience in Client
management with good attention to detail.

**Job responsibilities**:
1. Attending client meetings to establish their needs.
2. Create plans to address clients’ business needs.
3. Schedule regular meetings (for Feedback) with clients to ensure they are
satisfied with our services.
4. Create and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Operations, HR, Management)
to discuss/provide clients’ needs
6. Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
7. To resolve any issues that arise, to ensure clients are satisfied with our
services.

**Requirements and Skills**:
1. Excellent English Skills (Both Spoken and Written) - native speaking level.
2. Enthusiastic and professional during Client meetings
3. Ability to grasp technical admin tasks quickly.
4. A Very smart and quick learner.
5. Independent learners will figure out how to do something even if they have no
experience with the task - you must know how to use Google to figure out things
on your own.
6. Exceptional organizational skills.
7. Motivated to do excellent work.
8. Not afraid to ask for whatever is needed, including help to learn something.
9. High integrity
10. A strong work ethic and sense of commitment are a MUST
Mandatory Software Skills Required: MS Excel, G-suite Tools, Calendar
Management

A fast and reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps
Laptop with an integrated camera and in-home office setup including a minimum
of 8GB and 2GB RAM for Windows/ Mac's respectively (including webcam); with a
Office installed (all programs; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Also, a
minimum of 256MB of internal GPU.
