Client Co Ordinator

Key Responsibilities
- **Client Point of Contact**: Acts as the primary point of contact, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving concerns to build strong relationships.
- **Client Onboarding**: Guides new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
- **Internal Coordination**: Collaborates with internal departments (e.g., sales, technical teams) to ensure that client requests are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
- **Account Management**: Monitors client accounts, tracks project progress, and maintains up-to-date client records, including contact details and specific requirements.
- **Problem Resolution**: Investigates and resolves client issues and complaints, ensuring a positive client experience even when faced with challenges.
- **Reporting & Feedback**: Compiles reports on client activities, service performance, and feedback for senior management, identifying opportunities for service enhancement and growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
