- Job Role & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, understanding and addressing client needs
- Provide accurate, prompt support to ensure clients feel valued
- Maintain clear communication and ensure client satisfaction
- Relay relevant information to clients and internal teams
- Stay adaptable in a dynamic work environment
- Ensure adherence to company and hospital policies during interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries
- Efficiently handle a high volume of calls
- Prioritize issues and escalate when necessary
- Route calls to appropriate departments when needed
- Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and process completion
- Document call details according to company SOPs
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate to technical teams
- Multitask and manage internal software platforms
- Respond to emails when needed
- Key Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills and empathy for clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work weekends and in different shifts
- A background in home science is a plus
- Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Office
- 1-10 years of international voice process experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach
