**Job Title: International Customer Care Executive (Non-Voice Process)**
**Location: Jaipur, India**
**Salary: ₹27,000 - ₹35,000 per month**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer queries, guide them with product information, and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed **quality standards**, response time, and **customer satisfaction** metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and improve service delivery.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Excellent written communication** skills in English, with a focus on clarity and grammar.
- Previous experience in **customer service**, **non-voice** process, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong **problem-solving** ability with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under deadlines.
