**Position Overview**
- **Role**: International Customer Support Executive
- **Industry**: BPO / Call Center / ITES
- **Location**: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work From Office Only)
- **Salary**: ₹27,000 - ₹35,000/month (based on profile)
- **Experience Level**: 0 to 2 years (Freshers Eligible)
- **Shifts**: Rotational (Including Night Shifts)
- **Education**: Undergraduate & Graduate (Any Stream)
- **Join Date**: Immediate Joiners Preferred

**Key Responsibilities**
- Resolve queries related to products, orders, billing, accounts, etc.
- Deliver clear, confident, and empathetic communication in **fluent English**:

- Document all customer interactions accurately
- Achieve performance metrics: Quality, Productivity, Customer Satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with process guidelines and data security standards
- Strong command of **spoken and written English**:

- Good interpersonal skills and customer-first attitude
- Willingness to work in **rotational shifts (including nights)**:

- Willing to **relocate to Jaipur** (relocation support provided)
- Fresher or experience in:

- **International BPO / KPO**:

- **Customer Service Executive Roles**
