**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver accurate, professional, and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Handle escalations efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate customer data.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet KPIs and service goals.
- **Undergraduates and Graduates** can apply.
- **Freshers** and **experienced professionals** both are welcome.
- Must have **excellent spoken and written English communication skills.**:

- Flexible to work in **rotational shifts** and comfortable with an **office-based role** in Jaipur.

**Salary & Perks**:

- **Salary Range**: ₹27,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and communication skills).
