International Customer Support Executive – Voice & Non-Voice Process (Jaipur | Work from Office)

Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Executive, you will interact with international customers via voice and non-voice channels (calls, chat, email) to resolve queries, deliver exceptional service, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer interactions through calls, chat, and email.
• Deliver accurate, professional, and timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Handle escalations efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Update internal systems and maintain accurate customer data.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet KPIs and service goals.

Candidate Profile:

• Undergraduates and Graduates can apply.
• Freshers and experienced professionals both are welcome.
• Must have excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts and comfortable with an office-based role in Jaipur.
• Candidates from PAN India who are open to relocating are highly preferred.

Salary & Perks:

• Salary Range: ₹27,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and communication skills).
• Relocation Support: One-time relocation bonus + free hotel accommodation for 14 days.
