**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.Maintaining records of inward & outward service units & accessories.

2.Preparing quotations & sending to customers, Delivery Note & Tax Invoices

3.Handling PAN India Service calls and PAN India Field Service Engineers

4.Co-ordinating with customers for AMC/CMC contracts and timely renewal

5.Timely arranging preventive maintenance & AMC/CMC visits

6.Communicating with the customers regarding Quotation approval, Discount, Payment follow-up and returnable material.

7.Collecting feedback & performance letters from customers after servicing the unit

8.Timely dispatching of serviced units to the customers

9.Collaborating with the Freight forwarder to ensure smooth execution of shipment & timely delivery to customers

10.Co - ordinating with the Vendors as and when required

11.Ensuring quality productivity

12.Ensuring 5’s and Kaizen at the workplace

13.Ensuring use of safety protective equipment’s for the assigned task

14.Carrying out any other task as assigned by the Reporting Manager
