**Job Description - Team Member - FASTag**

**Position Summary**:
**FASTag **is an electronic toll collection system in India, operated by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). It employs Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology for making toll payments directly from the prepaid or savings account linked to it or directly toll owner. It is affixed on the windscreen of the vehicle and enables one to drive through toll plazas without stopping for transactions. The tag can be purchased from official Tag issuers or participating Banks which linked to a prepaid account, then recharging or top-up can be as per requirement.

To manage the Technologies for FASTag, advanced programing skills are used to develop software and assist with the payment processing procedure. Forward looking and flexibility are key characteristics with a willingness to learn, adopt and promote new technologies and approaches.

Specific responsibilities for this position include
- Integrate end-to-end paradigm/approach of FASTag with various integrations with external payment vendors, banks, issuance & acquirers.
- Handle end to end FASTag vendor platform from solutioning, integration, development, support etc.
- Troubleshoot transaction issues and solve business/merchant/customer inquires in a timely fashion.
- Provide solution implementation including systems set-ups developments and integration testing and user training

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, computer engineering, or equivalent preferred.
- At least 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in financial transactions as well as customer service on a global scale, payment gateways, acquirers, processors, and associations Managing team of 4-5 people in previous engagement.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Electronic Tolling (FASTag) Issuance and Acquiring Platform
- Having good knowledge and understanding of Payment Gateway, UPI and different payment platforms.
- Worked in leading Fintech as software developer for E-Com PG platform or FASTag platform
- Managing software development teams and software development lifecycles
- PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards)/DPSC Requirements and Certification process
- Support knowledge for J2EE, JBOSS, WebSphere, and PKI and certificate management.
- Hands-on coding including Python, C#.NET, and modern distributed system architecture such as Microservices and AWS.
- Various Agile development methodologies
- Understanding and execution of organizational goals and objectives
