Job Responsibilities:

- Work closely with various business teams and BSG to provide solution to Business requirements for various project for **Loan Origination System **/ Locker Management / Statementing Application**:

- Work with vendor team and internal IT teams across multiple locations
- The role requires very strong communication, organization and planning skills to ensure strong partnership with business and technology teams to ensure process standardization.
- Follow standard processes for capturing, tracking requirement and track issues during UAT to closure.
- Conduct regular project meetings with Vendor, Business and all stakeholders to provide updates.
- Collaborate with BSG, vendors and internal business partners to ensure product adoption
- Translate learning and feedback into improvement opportunities for both the technology solutions and integration processes
- Monitor and report on all integration efforts and outcomes
- Provide direction and oversight to Business and vendors on complicated technology solutions that are highly creative
- Thrive in an environment with changing priorities

**Experience**:

- Significant Techno functional experience of working on Loan Origination System/ Locker Management / Statementing Applications Or implementing mortgage-related technology solutions preferably as system architect for 8-10 years (Max).
- Strong experience of any DBMS is desired.
- Detailed understanding of lender mortgage origination process/environment (people, process and technology)
- Technical knowledge related to technology platforms, infrastructure and data
- Strong facilitation and project management skills with technology focus
- Ability to report on project level plans to Customers and Vendor partners (of varying level from staff level to Executives)
- Self-starter who can work independently as well as in a group

Technical Skills
- Experience on Oracle DBMS and PL/SQL of atleast 5-7 years
- Knowledge and integration experience on middleware technology using XML, JSON, WSDL, SOAP, REST, HTTP
- Implementation experience of Mobile Apps

Education:

- Good academic record with percentage of marks in 10th, 12th & Bachelors in Technology should be greater than 60%
- Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle and industry standards to support all project processes
- Proficient understanding of technology, infrastructure, security concepts and platforms
