- Job RoleProject Manager - IT Applications (HR Digital Initiative)

**Job Responsibility**
- Driving delivery for Business requirement on platform of HRIS, Service Fulfillment, Time & Attendance, Learning etc.
- Driving initiative on Learning, Employee Engagement, Digital Onboarding, Performance Management, employee experience on fulfillment etc.
- Fixing bugs and performance problems
- Working with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions
- Analysis of Business Requirements to convert them to System Specifications
- Responsible HR related digital IT initiatives
- Project Planning and execution with time and cost constraints
- Techno Functional resource who can provide Technical & Functional support to business
- Participate in selecting appropriate processes in software development that are suitable to the project, to ensure quality design and implementation work and lead in the execution and monitoring of these processes.
- Participate actively in identifying risks and working through requirement and implementation trade-offs to meet project goals. Lead the development and maintenance of the build, deploy and unit test procedures.**Job requirements**

**Skills/Knowledge prerequisites
- Hands-on build/support experience on platforms - like Oracle Fusion HRMS, PeopleSoft, PeopleStrong, Darwin Box etc.
- Should have techno-functional knowledge on complete lifecycle of employee from hire to retire.
- Should have a working knowledge of ML/AI based Platforms
- Good Communication Skills Proven skills and experience in good companies. Banking & Financial Services Domain experience will be preferred.**Technical Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of working on HRIS, Engagement, Learn, Performance platform development
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile
- Experience on Machine learning, NodeJS, MySQL, NoSQL & graph Database
- Familiarity with the JSON format
- Experience on Python, ML, NLP is must
- Familiarity with push notifications
- Understanding mobile app design guidelines on each platform and being aware of their differences
- Past experience working with chatbot
- Experience working on the variety of Datasets which includes text, images and other logs or clickstreams.
- Fundamentals of Natural Language processing
- Self-starter willing to learn things on the fly
- Knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
- Proven skills and experience in Good companies and in Banking & Financial Services Domain
- Educational Qualifications- Engineering Graduate and or Management Graduate
- Experience Profile- 6 - 10 years
