**Lead/Sr./ Jr. Oracle Developer (4-14 Yrs)
**Primary responsibilities**
- Analyze business requirements and design database solutions to meet the needs of the organization
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to ensure that the solutions are delivered on time and within budget
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows industry best practices and standards
- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers
- Optimize database performance and ensure that the solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in database development

Provide technical guidance and support to other teams within the organization

**Required Skills**:

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development
- Strong knowledge of database concepts, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL programming
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle databases
- Familiarity with Oracle database tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD, or PL/SQL Developer
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
