- Job Role- Team Leader - IT Applications (Compliance & Infrastructure Facility)**Job Responsibility**
- Executing IT initiatives for Business software selection, implementation, roll-out & support
- Analysis of Business Requirements to convert them to System Specifications
- Having domain knowledge about banking and financial services
- Project Planning and execution with time and cost constraints
- Techno Functional resource who can provide Technical & Functional support to business and liaison with End user / Business teams and Business solution group (BSG) teams.
- Participate in selecting appropriate processes in software development that are suitable to the project, to ensure quality design and implementation work and lead in the execution and monitoring of these processes.
- Participate actively in identifying risks and working through requirement and implementation trade-offs to meet project goals.
- Lead the development and maintenance of the build, deploy and unit test procedures.

**Skills/Knowledge prerequisites
- Experience in handling a similar role
- Domain Knowledge for the Banking & Financial Services
- Should have a sound knowledge of RDBMS databases
- Good Project Management Skills
- Good Exposure to Risk Management initiatives
- Should have handled and led a team
- Good Vendor Management Skills, Experience in handling 3-4 members team would be a plus.
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Negotiating Skills
- Should be Self-starter and be able to work independently as well.

**Technical Skills
- Web Based Technologies - JSP and.NET preferably
- RDBMS Technologies - MSSQL, Oracle etc.
- Knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
- Knowledge & experience of Project Management Methodology like PMI, Dev Ops.
- API Integration/ Shell Scripting / AIX / Linux commands experience - intermediary level
- Proven skills and experience in Good companies and in Banking & Financial Services Domain
- Educational Qualifications- Engineering Graduate and or Management Graduate- Experience Profile7-8 years
