Job Title: Business Operations Associate

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and process payments from clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile financial data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Provide operational support to different departments, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating activities as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to business operations and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Support the development and execution of drone training programs and materials to ensure effective adoption of operational processes.
