- Manage Purchase Order placement, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to plan and execute drop plans from warehouse to stores efficiently.
- Handle purchase inward processes from bills to CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Align pick-up and drop-off vehicles for efficient transportation of goods.
- Facilitate transfer out processes from the system during dispatch to stores, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Perform data management tasks on our CRM system, including updating records, generating reports, and ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and manipulation.
- Experience working with Supply Chain CRM systems, with a strong understanding of data entry and management principles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics concepts is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic business environment
