Supply Chain Excellence- Lead

Job Description The role is responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization’s supply chain function. It involves analyzing existing supply chain processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives to achieve cost efficiencies and performance enhancements. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed analysis of current supply chain processes within the vendor risk and performance management domain. Support the Business Excellence (BE) initiatives by identifying and executing process improvement projects across the supply chain network. Collaborate with internal consultants and business stakeholders to shortlist high-impact projects with measurable outcomes. Perform data-driven analysis to develop business cases for improvement initiatives and present findings to functional and senior leadership teams. Develop project charters and ensure successful execution of approved projects in coordination with cross-functional teams. Track implementation progress, prepare management dashboards (MIS), and highlight key insights, savings, and areas requiring attention. Circulate periodic review reports on ongoing projects, capturing status updates, achieved benefits, and next steps. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement through data-driven analysis. Develop and implement strategies to optimize vendor risk management and performance monitoring processes. Streamline workflows to improve the overall efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency of supply chain operations. Establish and maintain robust quality assurance mechanisms for vendor evaluation and risk assessment activities. Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards and industry best practices across all vendor management functions. Partner with cross-functional teams to embed operational excellence principles within the vendor risk management lifecycle. Collaborate proactively with vendors to improve communication, strengthen partnerships, and achieve process simplification.
