**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, production planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors/suppliers for quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring products are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, sales, and operations) to ensure smooth execution.
- Anticipate demand and create accurate forecasting systems.
- Implement risk management practices to handle supply disruptions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software/tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
