Global/International - Supply Chain Executive

Job descriptionJob Description – Global/International - SupplyChain ExecutiveThis position will have responsibilities related tosupply chain, procurement, and logistics to serving Aimler Solutions and itsaffiliates as Aimler Solutions clients.Job Duties/ Responsibilities:Analyse and help support all aspects of products from making decision of procurement and delivery through shipments to customers.Help support and analyse procurement, planning, scheduling, and inventory, shipping and receiving and delivering products to customers.Study and recommend pricing of products conducting market research and using various costs factors of products.Working with team and coordinate procurement, spend including products, subcontracted services such as freight companies, warehousing etc. to making sure the company is spending dollars in effective and efficient ways.Communicates needs and objectives to key internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, sales, service, manufacturing, and management.Ability to do follow up and direct foreign suppliers and parties in off hours (generally 30 minutes to one hour per day) to meet the important deadlines and ensure smooth and timely operation.Assist in all planning and scheduling activities of international and domestic supply chain.Work with suppliers and enhance supplier and procurement processes and relationships.Help team manage ERP implementation and analyse and develop reports as needed.Being flexible to assume administrative (scheduling meetings, coordinating office activities) and any other office responsibilities as needed, and willing to be cross trained for other jobs as required.   Personal Characteristics:Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities. And prior experience working with US companies is a plusExperienced in supply chain analyst role.
