- Stipend (Internship + Apprenticeship) - 15k per month

As an SCM Intern, you will support the supply chain team across various facets of procurement and logistics operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world supply chain challenges and offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient acquisition and movement of materials, ensuring seamless production and on-time delivery in the electronics/technology industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify suitable national and international vendors for electronic components.
- Evaluate vendors based on price, quality, compliance, and business alignment.
- Support in negotiating pricing and commercial terms to secure beneficial deals.
- Manage relationships with existing vendors and conduct daily follow-ups to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, vendor communications, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor and optimize inventory levels.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to track and update the status of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Support documentation for quality checks and regulatory compliance, including import/export documentation.
- Know-how around CHA, Duty structures and regulatory requirements.
- Keen interest in learning process management by building SOP for blue collar workforce
- Contribute to procurement reports and inventory analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and enhancing supply chain efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (UG/PG).
- Strong interest in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of data analysis is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
