**About the Role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Supply Chain Executive** to manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, vendor coordination, logistics, and inventory management. The role requires strong coordination skills, analytical ability, and a commitment to timely delivery of materials and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage procurement process including vendor identification, quotation comparison, and purchase order issuance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Track shipments, handle logistics arrangements, and resolve any transit issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and material consumption.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and contractual terms.
- Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective procurement and favorable terms.
- Support project teams with material planning and timely availability.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports related to procurement, logistics, and inventory.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for smooth supply chain operations.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of supply chain, procurement, and logistics processes.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Negotiation Skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
