Job Title / Role : SCM executive including warehouse management

Department : Supply Chain Management

Job Location : Noida Sector 135

Core Responsibility
- Having hands on procurement and supply chain experience.
- Good knowledge of vendor base and basic technical specifications of items to be procured.
- New Vendor Identification and Development.
- Vendor negotiations with good knowledge of commodity markets.
- Logistics, warehousing knowledge would be an added benefit.
- Implementation of sourcing and supply chain strategy of the company as driven by its business plan.
- Contract management and negotiations for outsourcing of services and materials.
- Benchmarking of prices with the market as well as competitors.
- Basic commercial knowledge pertaining to customer invoicing, GST, etc.
- Routine jobs and documentation like PO generation, follow up for timely deliveries, vendor payments and reconciliation, project costing etc
- Creation of RFQ’s for vendor bids and quote comparison for awarding business.
- Close team work with Distributors, engineering and other teams.
- Inward and outward material management of warehouse which includes Kitting, Packing, Loading, unloading as per project \ requirement.
- General Administration of Warehouse.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
