As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing the social media presence and online reputation for brands. You will develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, followers, engagement, and traffic to the company's website.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as content and design, to ensure that social media content is on-brand and aligned with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to optimize social media performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹5,086.00 - ₹38,822.66 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
