Job Description: Social Media Marketing Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across various social media platforms. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and reaching our target audience effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with our overall marketing objectives to boost brand visibility and drive engagement.
- Manage and maintain our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and any other relevant platforms.
- Create compelling and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that resonate with our target audience and adheres to our brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics regularly, generating actionable insights to improve our strategies and achieve measurable results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships with our audience.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to enhance reach and drive conversions.
- Identify and engage with influencers and industry partners to amplify our brand message and increase brand advocacy.
- Monitor social media conversations, address customer feedback, and manage any potential issues or crises with tact and efficiency.
- Work closely with other teams such as content creators, designers, and customer support to ensure seamless execution of social media strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for each platform.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track and measure performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and techniques.
- Ability to think strategically, generate innovative ideas, and execute them effectively.
- A team player with strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing social media landscapes and algorithm updates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
