Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, planning content strategies, running paid ad campaigns, and optimizing performance through analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company's and clients' social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, posts, stories, etc.).
  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reports on reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Research social media trends and competitor strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to maintain community engagement.
  • Assist in strategy development to boost traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in Social Media Management and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement tactics.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand voice.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Advertising will be an added advantage.

Salary:

Based on experience and last drawn salary.
