**Secretary to DIRECTOR**

**Job Summary**:
**1)** **Calendar Management**:

- Efficiently manage the Chairman’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Anticipate and plan for the Chairman’s daily agenda, ensuring optimal time management.

**2)** **Communication**:

- Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of Chairman.

**3)** **Meeting Coordination**:

- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and materials.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute action items as necessary.

**4)** **Documentation and Filing**:

- Maintain organized and up - to - date electronic and physical filing systems.
- Manage confidential information with discretion.

**5)** **Task Prioritization**:

- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Act as gatekeeper, filtering and redirecting information appropriately.

**6)** **Special Projects**:

- Assist the Chairman's in various special projects or tasks and initiatives.
- Conduct research and compile information as requested.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven Experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant Software.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Bachelor’ degree or equivalent experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
