**Job Summary**: At Flying Horses, we are looking for a talented and dynamic Social Media Manager who also has the flair of Client service to join our team. As a Client service Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact between the agency and the clients, ensuring that their needs and requirements are met and that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Industry: Creative/Advertising/Marketing Agency

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ideating, posting, and Promoting content on Social Media platforms on a daily basis.Coordinate between content writing and graphic designing teams.

Researching and implementing on various creative and ad formats available on the social platforms.

Daily engagement on social media - liking, commenting, responding to queries and more.Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).

Serve as the main point of contact for our clients and maintain positive relationships with them.

Understand the client's needs and requirements, and work closely with internal teams to ensure that these are met.

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

Suggest and implement new features to develop awareness, like promotions and competitions.

**Requirements**:
Social Media Marketing experience on all major social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.

Good written and verbal communication required.

Good communication skills and fluency in English.

Capable to lead and drive a Team.

Is highly active on social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, etc Creative mind-set.

Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
