**Job Description**:
The Client Servicing Executive in the Signage Industry is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that clients receive high-quality services and products that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Manage client accounts, including scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, and providing quotes.

Collaborate with production, design, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Provide clients with regular project updates and progress reports.

Identify and resolve client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.

Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand client base.

Prepare and maintain accurate client records and sales reports.

Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in the signage industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,347.68 - ₹26,333.69 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
