Morrison Hershfield India is seeking a Project Coordinator for its Vizag office.

Project Coordination- Helps track projects and daily workload for the Telecom department-
- Transfers project files as required between office servers- Document management and coordination- Quality control and quality assurance duties- Provide status of project deliverables and vendor submittals- Budget and progress tracking tool setup- Budget tracking and facilitation of billing- Report production & delivery- Other coordination and administrative support duties as required

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or related degree- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision- Ability to interface well with all departments and offices within the company- Must be proactive and upbeat even under pressure; must demonstrate the ability to exercise sound independent judgment- Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook- Exceptional organizational skills required- Ability to meet designated deadlines is also a critical qualification- Ability to work well in a team environment or independently
