**We are Hiring for Project Co-Ordinator.**
Qualification**:B Tech (Agriculture)**
Experience **:3-4 Years**
Location **:Anakapalle A.P.**
Salary **:Up to 50K**
Shift **:Day Shift**
Preferable**:Males**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Project planning, implementing, monitoring.
- **Support in creation of Annual Budget and Managing annual project budget.**:

- **Provide leadership to the team of development professional.**:

- Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Prepare budgets; Analyze risks and opportunities; oversee project procurement management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- **Work with the Project Head to eliminate blockers**:

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports required by partners within a timeline.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- To ensure that stakeholders needs are met as projects evolve

**Requirements**:

- Proven **work experience on water and agriculture**:

- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Ready for extensive field visits
- Telugu Speaking will be added advantage
- Working experience in Water & Agriculture will be given preference
- An **ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, **schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
