Primary Purpose of Job:
Entry level position, assigned for Document Control and Project Management administrative support. Under appropriate supervision, perform routine project document control assignments according to training, capability and experience. In addition, perform duties as & when assigned.

Key Accountabilities:

- Report and document production, management and coordination
- Ensuring quality control and assurance per Stantec’s policies.
- Support Project Managers by handling record keeping, filing and archiving.
- Other project coordination and administrative support duties as required
- Transfers project files as required between office servers
- Willingness to learn and adapt new tools and system/processes.
- Willingness to work late evening or early morning hours to enable collaboration with project managers located throughout the globe.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or related degree
- No professional experience required.
- Experience in project controls, scheduling, cost engineering and cost control pertaining to engineering and construction activities will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. This is a very essential requirement to maintain seamless collaboration with team members.
- Knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience of project coordination with project team and electrical engineering design will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work well in a team environment or independently
