Job Title: Project Coordinator (Civil Building Construction)

Currently, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our team and oversee construction projects with a focus on independently handling all activities and efficiently managing the required manpower at the site.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Project Planning**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including scope, schedule, and budget.

2. **Budget Management**: Monitor project finances, track expenses, and ensure adherence to the budget.

3. **Schedule Management**: Create and manage the construction schedule, ensuring timely completion of all project milestones and coordinate activities to minimize delays and disruptions.

4. **Team Leadership**: Build and lead a team of construction professionals, including site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.

5. **Quality Control**: Establish and enforce quality control procedures to meet or exceed construction standards and specifications.

6. **Communication and Reporting**: Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including clients.

7. **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process and make informed decisions to keep the project on track

8. **Resource Management**: Independently organize and manage labour resources, subcontractors, and material suppliers to facilitate the successful execution of civil construction projects.

9**.Liasoning**:Proven capability to establish and maintain effective liaisons with diverse stakeholders, including government clients such as MES, PWD, and CPWD, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and successful project outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Experience of 15-20 Years in Civil Construction (Buildings)
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, successfully delivering projects of varying scale and complexity.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead diverse on-site teams effectively.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.

**Location-**Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

**Ability to commute/relocate**: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
