Urgent opening for Tender Executive for Navi Mumbai Location.
- 2-4 years’ experience in tendering and bid management.
- Preparation of **tenders**/Rate Contracts, both online **tenders** as well as physical **tenders**:

- Handled bid submissions on a state or central e-procurement / PSU e-procurement / Large Enterprise e-procurement portal / Gem portal.
- Keep track of e-procurement portals of state, central govt, PSUs, Large Enterprises, Utilities, ULBs, Gem portal., and subscribe tendering services for relevant tenders.
- Prepare tender summary and qualify suitable tenders based on given criteria or with the help of reporting manager.
- Coordination with internal and external (with OEM/ Partners) stakeholders for tendering criteria check (under-reporting manager's supervision)
- Prepare tender documentation as per tendering format. Assist or some cases lead coordination work with OEM/ partner for getting documentation as per tender format.
- Coordinate for Tendering Fee, PBG, BG with the accounts.
- Submit bid documents before the bid closure date.
- Vendor registration on the customer portal whenever required.
- Preparing Technical Bid Set, surfing tenders from website
- Making vendor registration as well as online registration with Govt. Obtaining Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and installing the same
- Responsible for whole Tender Bid Management i.e. from downloading till submission of tenders and EMD follow up
- Online and offline BID submissions along with Queries / Clarifications responses abiding **Tender** process guidelines.
- Ensuring Complete **tender** terms review pertaining to all private / government.
- Managing offline logistics for smoother and timely physical BID submissions. Coordinating with all Stakeholders.
- Ensure zero penalties or BG Forfeitures or Zero misses in coordination with sales team.
- Issuance and sharing of **Tender** BID documents with all concerned as per **Tender** terms.
- Performing End to End **Tender** Management during all online and offline participations.
- Performing WIN/Loss analysis for all **Tender** participations.

Education
- 1. Engineering graduate. Preferably electrical, instrumentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
