Urgently hiring for Tender Executive - Navi Mumbai Ghansoli Loation

Role : Tender executive
Mode : Full time in office
Reporting : Sales and Business development Lead
Experience: 3-5 years
- Keep track on daily published tenders, EOI. Share daily report regarding relevant tenders after initial shortlisting to reporting manager. Initiate bidding process after joint review with reporting manager.
- Preparation of tenders/Rate Contracts, both online tenders as well as physical tenders
- Need to independent handling of E-tenders of Govt. (PWD,NHAI, Morth, Electrical transmission and distribution dept, state, center, PSU ETC) and private institutions.
- Communication with customers on issues related to tendering/portal access etc
- Responsible for Complete Tendering Bid Management
- Preparing Technical Bid Set, and circulating with stake holders
- Making vendor registration as well as online registration with Govt. Obtaining Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and installing the same
- Responsible for whole Tender Bid Management i.e. from downloading till submission of tenders and EMD follow up
- Online and offline BID submissions along with Queries / Clarifications responses abiding Tender process guidelines.
- Ensuring Complete tender terms review pertaining to all private / government bids.
- Managing offline logistics for smoother and timely physical BID submissions. Liasioning with all Stakeholders.
- Ensure zero penalties or BG Forfeitures or Zero misses in coordination with sales and technical team.
- Preparation of Representation against Technical and Commercials terms to recommend revised specifications to gain winning probability.
- Demand planning and Revenue forecasting related to tenders and submitting weekly, monthly quarterly reports.
- Coordination with Tendering authority on all Tender schedules along with EMD return receipts post BID evaluation and accordingly their closure in our financial books through finance.
- Issuance and sharing of Tender BID documents with all concerned as per Tender terms.
- Performing End to End Tender Management during all online and offline participations.
- Performing WIN/Loss analysis for all Tender participations.
