Pransh Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and organized *Operations Executive* to support and coordinate day-to-day activities for ongoing *solar power projects* across Maharashtra. This role involves project coordination, vendor follow-ups, documentation, site logistics, and reporting to ensure timely execution of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, monitoring, and tracking day-to-day progress of solar project activities.
- Coordinate with land, legal, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth inter-departmental operations.
- Maintain records of project documents, lease deeds, agreements, and land status trackers.
- Handle vendor communication, quotations, work orders, and billing follow-ups.
- Track field team activities and provide backend support for land and grid-related documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports, status updates, and dashboards for management review.
- Support field teams by coordinating logistics, document dispatch, and compliance paperwork.
- Ensure timely filing, storage, and digital archiving of operational and project-related documents.

*Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: BBA, B.Com, Engineering, or Project Management).
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or operations, preferably in the solar, construction, or infrastructure industry.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Ability to travel occasionally to field sites when required.

*Compensation: ₹15,000-₹25,000/month (depending on experience)
