Job Description: Operations Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficient processes, and delivering excellent service to support the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Coordinate and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Team Coordination:
Collaborate with different departments to align operational activities with organizational goals.

Supervise and support operational staff, providing guidance and addressing any issues that arise.

Facilitate communication and teamwork among team members to achieve operational objectives.

Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and improvement initiatives.

Use data insights to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization.

Project Management:
Assist in planning and executing operational projects and initiatives.

Monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure timely completion.

Compliance and Quality Control:
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational quality and compliance.

Problem-Solving:
Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges in a proactive and effective manner.

Develop and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
