**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive (SaaS Experience Preferred)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide top-notch customer support to our global clientele for our SaaS platform.
- Conduct engaging and informative **product demonstrations** for international clients via google meet, zoom calls etc.
- Collaborate with the **Sales and Product teams** to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Assist clients with **technical integrations**, including **web**, **QR code**, and **kiosk setup**.
- Handle support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product updates and share best practices with clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling and work closely with the Sales team to close them.
- Lay the foundation to transition from a support executive to a **Customer Success** role through proactive engagement and ownership of client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience in a **customer support or success role**, preferably for a **SaaS product**.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation and **negotiation** skills.
- Ability to work with international clients across different time zones.
- Basic technical understanding of web, **QR code**, and **kiosk integrations**.
- A collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and can work independently.
- Willingness to grow into a Customer Success role over time.

**Good to Have**:

- Prior experience in giving demos or onboarding enterprise clients.
- Knowledge of CRM or customer support platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a SaaS environment.
