**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Purchase and Account Assistant to handle purchase coordination, vendor management, and basic accounting activities. The role requires someone with strong organizational and communication skills to support daily business operations efficiently.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Purchase Coordination**:

- Assist in identifying, sourcing, and negotiating with vendors/suppliers.
- Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and price lists.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand inventory requirements.

**Accounts Management**:

- Assist with daily accounting tasks, such as invoicing, billing, and expense management.
- Update and maintain accounting records, ledgers, and financial data.
- Handle vendor payments and reconcile statements.
- Support monthly financial closing activities.

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain purchase and accounting documentation.
- Prepare reports related to purchases and accounts as needed.
- Support audits by providing required data and clarifications.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Any graduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or accounting roles preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software (Tally/ERP).
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
