The Qwerty Ink is a global brand management firm that was established in 2016. We specialize in providing end-to-end brand strategies and solutions, supporting emerging startups to MNCs. We have successfully helped countless businesses streamline their brand story and achieve greater returns.
We are currently recruiting for ‘The Qwerty Incubator’, a groundbreaking new division of our company. The Inkcubator will be run by a self-sufficient team of front and back-end executives that manage the life cycle of brands created within that division along with other incubated brands.
**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven **Telesales Executive** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our sales managers. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a critical role in building a strong sales pipeline and supporting B2B sales efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective businesses and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule meetings and demos for Sales Managers and maintain a full and healthy sales calendar.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of all interactions, leads, and meetings scheduled.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and pipeline tracking.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Research and identify new opportunities within target markets and industries.
- Actively contribute to building and improving lead generation processes.
- Represent The Qwerty Ink professionally and create a positive first impression with potential clients.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a professional phone presence.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive, results-driven attitude.
- Basic knowledge of sales pipeline management and CRM software.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
- Familiarity with G-Suite tools (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) is a plus.
