Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed sales. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers. Maintain an updated database of customer interactions and sales records in CRM/software. Follow up with prospective customers to ensure timely closures. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management. Provide feedback to the sales team/management on customer needs and market trends. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies during all communications.

Key Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred). Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Good computer literacy and experience with CRM software is a plus. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications: Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduate (any stream).
