Manage day-to-day administration tasks, including petty cash management and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate office activities, ensuring smooth operation of facilities and equipment.
- Oversee housekeeping services to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols to safeguard company assets.
- Provide administrative support to senior staff as needed.
- Strong knowledge of administration work, office administration, admin activities, petty cash management, facility management, housekeeping, and security management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills - MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
**Job Types**: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- HSR Layout Sector 2, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
