Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business performance tracking.
- Monitor operational workflows and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity while maintaining databases and data management systems.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking initiatives.
- Assist in automation of operational tasks and implementation of best practices.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on data-driven analysis.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of business operations and process optimization techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or retail operations.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
- Understanding of financial metrics and business forecasting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
