**Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)**

**GET - Data Analysis**

**Customer Satisfaction**: Monitor and ensure successful execution of pilots, calculate energy savings, and quantify other benefits from our IoT automation solutions.

**Data Visualization**: Prepare custom dashboards and reports using Zenatix’ own proprietary dashboarding tools
- Manage and regular monitoring of customers’ dashboards and troubleshooting any issues on priority
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, technology & solutions) for troubleshooting issues
on customer dashboards, & implementation of any new feature.
- Identify opportunities to improve the dashboard widgets and new improved controls and assess their benefits in terms of customer delight or ROI, and engage with the sales team in the process

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Energy Engineering
- Some mínimal experience working with large data
- Strong analytical skills for solving unstructured problems
- Well versed with Microsoft office tools - PowerPoint, Excel (Advanced) and Word
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
- Communication: Must speak English and must be able to make effective presentations to a
variety of audiences.
- Optional / Added Advantage: Experience with business analytics tools like Power BI,
Tableau or proficiency in python data analytics
