**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to financial reporting needs.
- Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs.
- Extract and transform data from SAP ERP and SAP BPC for use in Power BI.
- Optimize report performance and implement best practices in data modeling and DAX.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and dashboards.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and identify automation opportunities.

**Knowledge and Attributes**:

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI in a financial reporting environment.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Proficient in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report optimization.
- Experience working with SAP ERP and SAP BPC as data sources.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
