**Responsibilities** - Monitoring and negotiating rates and pricing for Exports from shipping carriers/Nvocc. - Bidding for global tender, Vip customers and key clients. - Meeting customers and understanding their requirements and ensuring best services on a timely basis. - Developing and maintaining relations with customers for better Roles & Responsibilities. - Monitoring and Negotiating rates and pricing for Exports with an aim to get the best rates for Internal and External customers. - Developing and maintaining relations with customers for better support, Coordinating with operations team for smooth flow of shipment. - Providing export rates from Nhava Sheva to all locations, Coordinating with agents for all types of terms of shipment like Ex-Works, FOB, DDU, DDP etc. - Focusing on Sales Support by taking leads from marketing team, calling existing clients making Tele-sales calls, outdoor sales calls. Improve and expand the network within India and overseas market. - Exploring the new markets for better business prospect and reach the growth in line with company’s growth map. - Responsible for generating revenue. - Approaching different clients quoting rates and assisting with necessary requirements. - Introducing new customers, knowing the market updates understand the customer’s requirements And overall assisting the customers on timely basis. Planning cost cutting measures to ensure department costs are limited within the approved budgets. - Preparing weekly reports/quote log. **Qualifications** - Graduate or MBA preferred. - Sales / Marketing knowledge required. - Process excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. - Computer skills - MS Office, Excel & PP. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: ₹9,013.46 - ₹34,529.18 per month Schedule: - Day shift **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91 9324935528
