**Responsibilities**:
**1*. **Sales Strategy Formulation:* Design and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and client needs.
**Sales Team Management**: Guide, mentor, and inspire the sales team to perform and deliver revenue targets.
**2. Client Retention**
Client Relationship Building: Sustain an average retention of 50% through long-term relationships with clients.
**Client Engagement Programs**: Seminars, workshops, and webinars are organized where invitations are extended to the clients to educate them on financial planning and insurance services that will be useful for their clients.
**3. Market Penetration**
Market Research: Identify new markets in the financial and insurance industries and expand the company's business opportunities.
**Targeted Marketing Programs**: Prepare and conduct marketing campaigns reaching the new clients through internet and other social media interfaces, along with community programs.
**4. Training Programmes**
Employee Development: Customer Service, selling and the updating of the industry for frequent in-service training for all the employees.
**Performance Evaluation**: Assess the team against the set sales targets so that each one remains aware and alert.
**5. Quality Check**
Client Feedback Mechanism: Set up a system to regularly solicit feedback from clients to identify the quality of service provided and scope for improvement.
**6. Customer Needs Implementation**
Customized Solutions: Customer needs should be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure financial solutions tailored to specific needs.
Flexible Services: Service structure must be made according to the market's requirements and in line with client preferences.
7**. Continuous Improvement**
Feedback Loop: Place a process whereby client suggestions are used in the development of service.
Problem Solving: Provide an answer to the problem within the stipulated time in order to enhance the quality and retention of satisfaction and client loyalty.
**8. Business Planning**
Strategic Planning Meetings: Hold meetings biannually to address performance regarding goals and changed strategies.
Market Trend Analysis: Continuously observe the market trends for a source of new opportunities and revenue growth.
Budgeting: Provide budget for expansion activities, which would include marketing, training, and operational expenses.
**Requirements**:
Experience: Must have been in a proven experience in a Sales Manager or any equivalent role, preferably finance or insurance.
Leadership Skills: Good leadership qualities focusing on team motivation and performance management.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
