**Experience Required**:

- 5+ years in Financial Markets
- 2+ years in a leadership role

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Full P&L responsibility for the team, ensuring that financial year targets are met.
- Drive new business initiatives as directed by the organization.
- Deliver quality results within deadlines, ensuring adherence to organizational processes.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance revenue and help them achieve their targets.
- Maintain the team/branch’s monthly P&L.
- Provide customized equity advice to PCG customers (trading and investment ideas) within specified timelines.
- Relay customer feedback to the Senior PCG advisor.
- Oversee the Advisory certification program for advisors.
- Regularly monitor compliance and surveillance

Pay: ₹248,094.50 - ₹927,680.99 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
