We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Equity Advisor / Investment Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in financial markets and have a strong focus on revenue generation, client relationship management, and investment advisory.Key Responsibilities:Generate revenue through client portfolio advisory in equity, derivatives, and other financial instruments.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.Stay updated with the latest market trends, research reports, and economic developments.Ensure strict adherence to compliance and risk frameworks as per SEBI and company guidelines.Regularly update clients on order status, market opportunities, and portfolio performance.Actively cross-sell third-party financial products like Mutual Funds, SIPs, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, FDs, and NCDs.Promote us to drive trading frequency and volume.Maintain a high activation ratio and ensure maximum number of traded clients.Guide and recommend investment strategies tailored to client needs and risk appetite.Handle HNI clients and provide personalized wealth management solutions.Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets (minimum 5X of CTC).Drive online demat account openings and expand the client base.Conduct investment awareness and training sessions for clients.Actively seek client referrals to grow the network.Engage in derivative trading strategies to improve client portfolio performance and revenue.Monitor client exposure limits, address queries, and resolve investment-related issues.Candidate Requirements:Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related fieldsMinimum 1 year of experience in stock broking / financial advisory / wealth managementStrong knowledge of equity markets, mutual funds, derivatives, and wealth productsExcellent communication, client handling, and convincing skillsNISM certification (preferable)Proficiency in advisory tools, mobile apps, and CRM platformsPerks & Incentives:Attractive business sharing modelPerformance-based incentives across KYC, revenue, and product categoriesOpportunity to work with Delhis award-winning CompanyRegular training and growth opportunitiesMore information about this Equity Advisor / Investment Specialist JobPlease go through the below FAQs to get all answers related to the given Equity Advisor / Investment Specialist jobWhat are the job requirements to apply for this Equity Advisor / Investment Specialist job position?
