Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance.

Product Recommendations: Provide tailored insurance and financial product recommendations based on clients' specific needs, including life insurance, health insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, and annuities.

Sales and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Financial Planning: Create comprehensive financial plans that incorporate insurance solutions and other financial products to help clients achieve their financial objectives.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to provide clients with the best possible advice.

Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and financial plans comply with regulatory requirements and company policies

Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through networking, referrals, and other lead generation strategies.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the company.
