**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers, vendors, and internal staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Route calls to the appropriate departments (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, Accounts).
- Provide basic information about products, order status, delivery timelines, and company services.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up by the relevant team member.
- Assist the sales and customer service teams with clerical support when required (e.g., data entry, tracking numbers).
- Maintain an updated extension directory and contact database for internal reference.
- Monitor and report any phone system issues to IT or management.
- Manage a multi-line phone system during busy hours with efficiency and composure.
- Ensure that customer interactions reflect the brand’s professionalism and reliability.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
